LCD Pro G3 Programmer Update

What you need:

• LCD Pro G3 and a way to power it up
• Mobile device with the Link V2 app.
• Mobile device OS needs to be on the newest OS (CLICK HERE to CONFIRM versions)

1. Open Link V2 app and tap settings> about > Then tap version to see if there is an update, then database version to see if there is a newer version. 

2. Set your device into air plane mode and disable the screen lock.

3. Power the LCD Pro G3 Programmer with a ESC or an external power source.

4. Connect to the Bluetooth of the LCD Pro G3 Programmer

5. Tap settings> Setting of Bluetooth module> firmware update> target version. If there is a higher number select and tap flash firmware, or select the current version to reflash.

6. Then tap the < arrow at the top left to go back to the Setting of Bluetooth module page and tap database update.

7. Tap available version to select the highest number then tap firmware update to update the database, or reflashing the same version. 

****PLEASE NOTE: Before you start any ESC, or Device Firmware update , we suggest putting your phone in Airplane mode, and disabling (turn off) the screen lock feature.

- Be sure to not lock your screen or receive a call while doing any update of the LCD Pro G3 Programmer or flashing firmware on your ESC. This may brick your device being updated. It is recommend to disable your screen lock, and put your device on "do not disturb" mode.
