In the AXE R2 series of motors, there are 3 sizes, but only 2 names.
550 size, and 540L size.
However, a later release to the line up was developed to fit vehicles with motor size constraints that the standard 540L motor would not fit.
The 2300KV Axe R2 540L motor is actually shorter than a normal 540L and even a bit shorter than a normal 540 motor.
Here are the size breakdowns in the Axe R2 Motor line up.
3300KV motor is 550, and 36mm diameter with a 63.8mm Length. 5mm diameter pinion shaft.
2800, 2100, and 1400 KV motor are original 540L with a 57.8mm length 1/8 in diameter pinion shaft.
2300 KV, is listed as a 540L, but has a shorter 49.8mm length. 1/8 in diameter pinion shaft.
All of the motors are 36mm Diameter.
All of the motors use the same front and rear bearings.
- Pinion/Front Bearing: D5*D13*t4(695DD)
- Wire/Rear Bearing: D6*D15*t5(696DD)
