AXE FOC Brushless does not work with the LCD Programmer or LED Card

That is correct.  The AXE and AXE R2, have "built in bluetooth" to work directly with the "HW Link V2" app on your smart phone or tablet.  Simply look up "HW Link V2" in your device store (Application store) to get started.
